Flight Group performs collision-tolerant drone inspections of tanks, boilers, sewers, stacks, silos, and other confined or hazardous spaces using the Flyability Elios 3. We capture 4K video, thermal imaging, and LiDAR data inside spaces that would normally require scaffolding, rope access, or full confined-space entry. Built for wastewater authorities, power plants, refineries, data centers, manufacturing facilities, and federal sites.
Traditional confined space inspections require permit-required entry, atmospheric monitoring, standby rescue teams, and often full system shutdowns. A single inspection can run tens of thousands of dollars in setup and downtime before any data is captured. According to OSHA, confined space accidents kill roughly 100 workers in the US each year. Drone-based inspection eliminates the entry entirely. We capture the same asset, often with better coverage and higher resolution, in a fraction of the time and without putting anyone inside.
